The vil lian who perpetrated the robbery, has not been detected. August 17. A rumor, reached-tawn last niht from Nor folk, that a vessel had arrived there from Gu ernsey, with 'advices, stating, that Messrs. Canning and Pmckney had at length conclud ed a treaty.
