Busbee are expected to reach this city at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The train bearing his body left Chattanooga on time yesterday and will reach Rich mond thiis morning. There the body will be met by a committee from the Raleigh . Bar composed of Mr. A B. Andrews. Jr.. M r. W. H. Pace and Mr. Murray Ajilen. leaving Rich mond at noon ' they are expected to reach Raleigh at 4:10 with the re mains. The funeral will - be held from Christ church at 5:30. Mr. Busbee'a death occurred at Seattle... Washington, where he had gone to attend the meeting of the American . Bar Association. He wae taken sick - while - riding through the Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, and on reaching Seattle was contined to his. bed. He grew j rapidly worse and died Friday afternoon, the re port of his death reaching here Fri day night. Mr. Busbee was a com paratively young man and previous to this trip had appeared in good health and the news of his death ; was a great shock to his friends and - ad mirers throughout the State. . The body will be met at the Union depot by all the members of th Raleigh Bar. At 4:40 this afternoon the members of the Bar will meet at the 'Supreme Court Building for th purpose of attending the funeral. He chased across the country and being seen at the Williams store it Falls of Neuse with an unusual amount of money, he was arrested and the story of the. theft In New Light was learned.
