We generally make oil to (50 bushels to the acre. We faint altogether with machines, or double rigs, that is, a riding plow and three horses. We start that man at a reasonable time in the morning and quit early in the even ing, and expect him to plow 4 acres a day and then milk from 1 to 10 cows night and morning, but we pay, him from '0 to '25 dollars per mouth wages. c want a man to larm ;U acres and do all the chores on the place, but he has all the time that he wants, so he can raise vou about three thousand bushels of corn.
