MAY 15. 1919; What the Juvenile Gourts Do By reason of the passage by the Legislature of the State-wide Juvenile Court law, children un der sixteen years of age cannot any longer be considered crimi nals under the laws of this State when they are guilty of some in fraction of the State or local laws.
