Henderson, June 17.—Judge
W. A. Devin In Vance Superior
court today signed an order for
members of the Vance board of
county commissioners and the
Vance county board of elections
to appear before him here Thurs
day, June 27, to show cause why
an injunction should not be
granted restraining the holding
of the liquor control election in
this county Saturday, June 29.
A similar order was issued to
county commissioners and the
election board in Warren county
where a liquor control election
has also been ordered.
