Care should be taken that trash is not scattered on the streets, in al leys or On vacant lots. In calling attention to this sub ject, James M. Anderson, chief of police, cited section 8 of chap ter four of the city ordinances, which is as follows: "Trash not to be thrown on the streets—it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm to date. Blanks may be' obtained here from the highway patrolmen, au tomobile dealers, C. T. Donghton at the Deposit and Savings Bank, or J. C.
