DROWN WHILE
ON BEACH PARTY
Clearwater, Fla., June 6.—
Four chlldreu were drowned at
Clearwater Beach today to bring
a tragic end to a Sunday outiitg
of two Tampa families.
Tlie victims were; Paul Boat
wright, 12; hi.s si.ster, Betty Joe,
7; Arlitie Palim'r, about 12, and
Dale Chase, about 11, all of
Tampa.
Mrs. Edna Boatwright, mother
of two of the children, was in a
critical condition in a hospital
after being rescued by her bus-
hand, G. M. Boatwright, a Tam
pa carpenter.
