church held their monthly meet
ing and annual Christmas party
at the home of Mrs. Eluftr Lowe
Tuesday evening with Mrs. C. G.
Yates as associate hostess. Mrs.
Dwight Williamson, president of
the class, presided for reports
from the various class officers.
Mrs. Bill Phillips, fellowship
vice president, directed a Christ
mas program which featured the
singing of Christmas carols, In
charge of Mrs. Q. T. Mitchell,
and the story of "the Other Wise
Man” given by Rev. W. N. E ook-
shire, pastor of the church. Dur
ing the evening an exchange of
gifts was made, and at the close
the hostesses served a salad
course buffet style.
