The Euzelian Sunday School class of the North Wilkesboro First Baptist church meets Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock, at the home of Mrs. Isaac Duncan, with Mesdames Jay Hartley, J. T. Kenerly, Homer Brookshire, and T. O. Crowell as associate hostesses. The Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Wilkesboro Methodist church meets Tuesday evening, 7.45 o'oltock, at the home of Mrs. A. R. Gray, Sr. All members of the Pearl White and Kiter Bower circles are urged to attend. Circle No. 2 of the Wilkesboro Wesleyan Service Guild will meet Tuesday evening, 7:30 o'clock, at the home of Mrs. M. M. Brame, Jr. with Mrs. John Henry Lenderman and Mrs. R. R. Perry as associate hostesses. The Garden Club meets Tuesday afternoon, three o'clock, at the home of Mrs. Hoyle Hutchens with Mrs. Guy Lillard and Mrs. R. J. Hinshaw as associate hostesses. Mr. and Mrs. Fox Feted At Party Dr. and Mrs. Bundy entertained at their home in Finley Park Thursday afternoon honoring Mr. and Mrs. Bobble Fox, who were recently married. Mr. Pox, brother of Mrs. Bundyt and Mrs. Fox are students at Clevenger Business College, and the guests consisted mostly of day students at the college. During an informal four the group was served tempting refreshments, and the honored couple were given china in their chosen pattern by the hosts. On Friday evening Mrs. Bundy was hostess again honoring Mrs. Fox, and had guests for four tables of cards. A color note of green and white was emphasized in the ice course served at the beginning of play, also in the flower arrangements. In rummie prizes were awarded to Mrs. Betty Lou McNeil and Mrs. Bill Holder, and in rook to Miss Carolyn Foster and Mrs. Fox Winners in bingo were Mrs. Charles Winters Mrs. Robert Andrews, and Mrs. Charles Gilreath. The honoree, who prior to her marriage was Miss Mary Nell Greene, received china, and her place was marked with an old fashioned bouquet. West Funeral Held At Mount Pleasant Last rites were held Saturday at Mount Pleasant Baptist church for Mrs. Minnie Matherly West, 83, who died Friday at her home in that community, v Mrs. West was the widow of the late Marshall West and is survived by three sons: Walter West) Ferguson; Hill West, Livingston, Mntana; Ira West, Champion.
