O-A Mrs. Elsie Church Obituary Given Elsie Gonial Church, born Feb ruary 25, 1861, departed this life April 3, 1949, being 88 years, 1 month and '8 days of age. 6he professed a hope in Christ at an early age and' united with Beav er Greek Baptist church and liv ed a faithful member until her death. She was married to Thomas C. Church, who preceded her in death several years ago. To this union were iborn the following sons and daughters: Dolphus Church, Mrs. Albert Matherly, Mrs. Lawson Huffman, Albert Church and iMrs. Albert Triplett, all of Purlear. George Church preceded her in death at an early age. Also surviving are 30 grand children, 28 great grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn Dur loss. This is another striking thot bo us who are left behind that the good old mothers of the long ago grounded in the faith and hope of our Lprd and Savior, Je sus Christ, are fast vacating their walks of life* and going to re ceive the Crown of Life that Paul speaks of so boldly. If this moth ar could speak in our natural way again, she would probably be warning her sons, daughters, grandchildren and friends to fear the wrath of Goa and prepare themselves for death , fitting themselves for God's glory in that Celestial City, the House not made with hands,t eternal in the Give Your Home added Beauty ( by Cleaning Up, Painting Up and ^ Fixing Up Today.
