Barnard, well known resident of Cricket; died at home Monday afternoon following a stroke Sunday. Funeral was held Wednesday, two p. m.,, at Union Methodist church. Mrs. Barnard was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. N. C. Lewis, of the Lovelace commun ity of Wilkes county.'
