The speaker of. the day was that won derful personality, Judge Camllle Kelley, Judge of Juvenilis Court j Memphis, Tenn. This affair was sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Hlkln, N. C. Plans were made to take several cars that, <11 who wished to go might have a way. Another important item was the plans for a chicken supper to be given at the Legion Hot Saturday night, April 1 from 6 to 8 o'clock. Plates will be $1.00 for grown ups, 50c for children. We are still raising money for o.ur building fund. Plans were dis cussed and a committee appoint ed to over-see the building of our club house in the Spring. *We are looking forward to having our club house completed in the near future.
