L Wilson has returned to her home at Huntington, West Va., after spending three weeks here in the home of Mrs. R. W. Gwyn, Mrs. Carl Coffey, and Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Brame, Jr. Mr. Bobby Brame left Friday to spend four weeks at Camp More head. He was accompanied as far as Salisbury by his parents and brother, Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Brame, Jr., and Rickey Brame. Mr. L. B. Pierce, who was a patient at the Baptist Hospital [n Winston-Salem for several days has returned here to his home on C Street. His condition remains about the same. Mrs. J. B. McCoy and Dr. J. B. McCoy, Jr., and his wife, Dr. Helen Hatton McCoy, spent the week-end at Montreat. Mrs. Mc Coy Is remaining at Montreat for the summer. The Junior McCoys have left for Philadelphia, where they both will interne for the coming year, Mr. McCoy at the University hospital, and Mrs. Mc Coy at the Presbyterian hospital. Misses Carolyn Deans, Nell Gwyn Brame, Anne Smith, and Nancy feturdivant, and Mr. Phil Lomax, left Thursday-for Brevard, where they will spend six weeks attending the Transylvania Music camp. The young people were ac companied there for the day by Mrs. J. S. Deans, Mrs. Carl Cofffey Dr. and Mrs. H. B. Smith, Mr. and Mrs. W. K. Sturdivant, and Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Lomax. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Johnston returned to their home here Sun day from Cincinnati, Ohio, where thoy had been since Tuesday at tending a Fraternity Congress. P or Q and opera tors of for hire vehicles to obtain their new driver's licenses, the North Carolina Department of Mo tor Vehicles reminded persons in this category today. Approximately 35,999 of the 180,000 persons in the N through Q category still must obtain re newals of their licenses.
