burg and Richmond, both Trains carrying tho Uni
ted States Mail, and connecting with the Trains on
the R. F. & P. R. R., Fredericksburg, Washington,
&c, and with tho Virginia Central R. R. and Canal
Packets for Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Staunton,
Lexington, etc.

The Steamship Jamestown, of 1400 tons burthen,
now building in New Y'ork, and to be commanded by
Capt. Lewis Parish, will be added to the line in this
