VALUABLE LAND FOR SALE. IN
TFNDING to remove to the West, I wish to sell
privately the tract of land on which I reside, -near
Raleigh. The Tract contains 350 acres, more of less,
about 150 of which is cleared and in a high state of
cultivation; the balance about 200 acres in -original
growth. The farm is about three miles from
Raleigh, near the FayettevQle Road. On the pre
mises is a good dwelling house and al. necessary out
houses. This is oneof the best tracts of land in the
eounty, and owing to its proximity to the City of
Raleigh, as well as the large amount of woodland, and
the highly improved condition of the cleared land, is
certainly one of the most valuable..
Persons desiring to purchase are invited to call and
examine the premises. Terms will be reasonable.
