The main object of this organisation is to avenge the death of General Robert S. Garnett, ot Virginia, and Colonel Charles F. Fisber, of North Carolina. Those who wish to form such - a regiment, will sig nify their assent by writing to me at the above post office aad when we have 60S men we will report out elvM for duty, and go on increasing the number until it amounts to 1,000. - Tho design is, that the number shall always be kept up by new enlistments- whenever vacancies occur by death or inability, and no other cause ball release a man from his obligation.
