International Law, and the Jurisprudence of the
United States ; and Hon. Luths 8. Cusaiae, Lec
turer upon Farliamentary Law, the Civil Law, and
Criminal Law.
The design of this Institution is to afford a com
plete course of legal education for gentlemen intend
ed foe the Bar in any the United States; and a
course of sysiemstic studies in Commercial Jurispru
dence for those who intend to devote themselves to
mercantile pursuits. Nine Lectures, at least, are
given, and two Moot Courts held, in each week.
The tuition fees are $50 for a term ef 90 weeks,
or $25 for half or any smaller fraction of term. The
next term commences on the. 28th of February.' The
student has the use of the College and Law Libra
ries, and text-books, and a free admission to all tbe
public Lectures delivered to Undergraduates in the
