for the apprehension and delivery of the aaid Thomas
Watson,to the Sheriff of the said County of Richmond,
or for his airest and confinement in any Jail within

Said Watson ia about thirty or thirty five years ol
age, about fife feet tea inches high, very slender
built, a little stooped forward when walking or riding,
light eaudy'eolored hair, red heard, rather down
look, not apt to look you in the face wbeU in conver
sation, and frequent snapping or winking of the eyes,
hie voice rather small, and somewhat attended with
a whining tone. - He has scare of sore on hia lege and

This provision needs no comment.
Tbe Hoard have also determined to insure the
lives of slaves, and this being almost half the wealth
of tbe people of this State, a large business is reason
ably anticipated.
