Mills and ;he late Mrs. Margaret Fisher Mills }f Statesville was killed February LI while on duty in Nice, France. He had been in service ever since the mobilization of the National juard in 1940 and had been over seas since October, 1944. He has a brother in the navy in the Pacific, Eugene H. Mills, and another broth er, Joe G. Mills, of Baltimore. Other i survivors are Mrs. Gary L. Evans i of Charlotte, Mrs. Ruper A. Gille land and Mrs. Ben T. Rappe of Mooresville, Mrs. Harry L.
