he is a very intelligent ingenious fellow,
well calculated to pass himself for a free
man, which no doubt he will attempt to
do; he is well known in this county,
particularly in this and the neighbor
hood of the late Lemmon Ruffing Esq.

ward will be paid on the delivery of the
said Harry to me near Sparta, Edge
combe county, No. Ca. if taken within
this State, or Fifty Dollars if taken

gieatest subjects, which can engage
the attention of men in society; the
foundation of government, and the

We have always felt the strongest
disposition to present this volume to
the public at as low a price as possi
ble yet, in order to indemnify our
selves for the heavy cxpences we
have incurred, and the risks we have
run, it is impossible to fix the nricf .it
less than $4 for handsome calf bind

rally; and to the liberality and dis

his Prospectus and his hopes.
The terms of the Old Dominion,
when enlarged, will be Four Dollars
per annum, if paid in advance, or Five
Dollars at the expiration of the year.

gentlemen in this State, North-Carolina,
