THE subscriber w ishinj to move to

The quality of which is good, and well
adapted to the culture of Corn, Whet,
Oats, Cotton and Tobacco. Two hun

and watered; the most of which will pro
duce irood Cotton or Tobacco. The
cleared land, of which about 30 acres are
first rate low grounds, is in good heart,
and under tolerably ood fences, ami is
susceptible of rapid impiovement, being
for the most part level and retaining
manure well. There are already 20 or
30 acres of good Tobacco Lots adjoining
the Barns and Stables.
The improvements consist of a single
story, framed
Dwelling House,
Sufficiently large for an ordinary family,
and the usual out buildings, all of which
