Many of the en tire South are regular contributors to its columns, & it has a well regulated corps of HOME AND FOREIGN CORRES PONDENTS, through whom all intelligence of interest, in every department of Arts, Science, Literature and Industry, is faithfully and speedily obtained The Gazette is independent in criticism, and in the discussion of every legitimate top ic, but strictly Neutral in Politics and Religion. Justice's Execution for 30, interest since the 6of December, 1850 levied on de fendant's land. Ja mes D. Barnes vs. Levi Worrell, In Edgecombe County Court, February term, 1851. Justice's Execution for 33,83 interest from 7 October 1850 levied on defen dant's land. THE defendant, Levi Worrell is here by notified that the above mentioned Jus tice's executions were duly returned v to February term, 1851, of Edgecombe i County Court, with the following return of Constable endorsed thereon to wit: "No personal .property found belonging to the defendant Levi Worrell levied on one lot lying and being in the town of" Wilson, immediately on Nash street, and adjoining the lot of Edwin Eatman, and the lands of Jno. W, Farmer, containi g half in acre more or less, the property "f the defendant, Levi Worrell, by virtue f this execution 10 day of February, 1851. James Wiggins, Constable " And that unless he be and appear at the next term of said Court, to be hoiden on the fourth Monday of May next, at the Court House in Tarboro'. and then and there show cause to the contrary, the judgments of the Justice will be allirmed, and the land levied on condemned to be sold to satisfy the said judgments and the costs in this Court. HAVING determined to move South, now oner lor sale my very valuable plantation on Roanoke River, lying seven miles above Gaston, five miles from the Petersburg Rail Road, and twenty one or two miles from Warrcnlon. The tract consists of ,500 Acres including more than haf of t'ngh's Island,! which is classed with the best land in the Stnte for the growth of Corn and Wheat. The uplands arc exceedingly well adapted to the cultivation of Tobacco. The Res idence upon thia land is one of the mbst beautiful and elegint, the Mtuation being infirior to none in its general appearance Only one mile from the dwelling there is a Mineral Spring (belonging to the tract,) and if is considered in its properties by all those who have drank of its waters equal with that of Shocco or Jones' White Sulphur.
