Election Judqes arid Registrar
Following their routine business Monday night the City
Commissioners appointed managers for the coming city
election on May ~ 7th as follows: Registrar J. C. Fisher,
Judges Mrs* .Gqptge, A* Cathey, and Leland Butler. la this election the
voters will cast their ballot for one mayor, three city commissioners and
three .cemetery _ commissioners. The .election for the city school board

Association was held yesterday and over. 30 charter members were enroll
ed; Reports of the Nomination and Constitution committees were ac
cepted. Mrs. Bernard Sharp was elected, president'Mrs. A. C. McDonald,
Vice-president; Mrs. C.. A.> Byles,t treasurer. Other officers will be elected
later. Dr. Jervey gave an outline of the work the hospital will do, and a
spirit of co-operation was manifested by the membershhip.
