C. is to hurl the opening game against High Point College at Spartanburg Friday, and it is reported that the whole town's coming down to Spartanburg to see the native son do his stuff. Stephenson has impressed Manager Kelly very much, hence his call at the opening game. Still Another Still Gone Officers Panther and Edwards raided Coopers Gap again last night and destroyed an 85 gallon copper still, a large amount of beer and 27 gal lons of pure, good, whiskey. The operators of the still ran faster than the officers. Horse Show April Bth. Reservations for Tryon’s fourth Annual Horse Show, under the auspices of the Tryon Riding and Hunt Club, will be opened Wednesday, March 27th at the Moun tain Industries, or by addressing G. F.
