McFarland and wife, Maude McFarland, to Polk
County Bank & Trust Company, datejl Sept. 17th,
1924, recorded in Book 22, page 118 of the records
of Mongage Deeds for Polk County, North Caro
lina; default having been made in die payment of
$300.00, secured by said mortgage, the undersigned
