Mimosa Festival, Success
Over 100 people attended the Mimosa festival yesterday after
■ noon on the lawns of Miss Flentye and Mimosa Inn. Many de
lightful games were played and a delicious supper served.
Carroll P. Rogers and Waverly Hester were defeated for
the worlds horseshoe pitching championship by Nelson Jackson and C.
J. Lynch
Picnic at Harmon Field
The trustees have invited the public to a picnic supper, 6 p. m:
tomorrow. Everybody bring his own supper. No admission
charges. Games and music. Baseball game starts at 3:30.
