Prominent Speaker at Rotary
Mr. Stanley A, Harris, chairman of the Inter-Racial activities of the Boy
Scouts of America, was the principal speaker at the Rotary luncheon to
day. He said that the cost of crime in America was over $16,000,000,-
000. Much of this can be prevented by the proper training of young
people, a splendid work the Scout movement is now engaged in. But
most important of all is the training that parents must give to their
children if they would have them become better citizens. It is the duty
of the parents to give children the right training.
