Fight At Colored Case
Joe Carson, colored, is in St. Lukes hospital with two broken ribs as a
result of a fight in Furman Miller’s Case Saturday night. Lynn Carson,
Joe’s father, swore out a state warrant yesterday against Osborne Arm
strong, said to have thrown a brick at Joe and broke his ribs. Joe’s
mother says her boy didn’t do anything. Armstrong gave bond.
