Thompson, of Saluda, doing business as the Thompson Grocery company, has filed voluntary petition in bankruptcy with J. Y. Jordan, Sr., clerk of United States district court. Mr. Thompson claims business and personal insolvency, He has listed his liabilities at $19,699.56 and his assets at $11,693.17. A long list of small debts had accumulated against his business, forcing this action.
