Scout Executives Meet An Annual meeting of the Piedmont Council of the Bey Scouts was * held at Gastonia last night. Three Hundred substantial men were in at tendance that the reports indicated that last year was the most successful in the history of the council. This Council has 1650 enrolled Scouts, being exceeded in the South only by Atlanta, and the cost per capita is only two/thirds of that of the next most economical Council.
