Est. 1-31-28 Ralph Green Indicted Ralph Green, driver or the car in which Miss Margaret Montgomery was fatally injured in a wreck on May 9 near Appalache, was indicted for murder by the Spartanburg County grand jury yesterday afternoon. Green has been ordered held by a coroner’s jury which investigated the accident. Miss Montgomery was fatally injured when Green’s car struck a guard rail on a bridge and overturned on the structure. -Spartanburg Herald Cooking School Tomorrow Thursday, June 16 at 3 p.m. at Southern Public Utilities. Free prizes will be given some lucky ones. A lot of new, good things to cook cheaper will interest all thrifty housewives. Mrs. Leila A. Fleming will conduct the demonstration.
