FRIDAY, JUNE 17, -31-28 Inka Plays Here Saturday For Tight Base Ball Game A close game of baseball between Tryon and Inka at Har- - mon Field will be played Saturday afternoon. Tryon is second in the league and beat Inka last time 4 to 3, so you can see how evenly matched the teams are. Amos Foster will pitch. Tryon lost to In man yesterday 3 to 0 in a 11 inning pitchers battle between Ravan of Tryon and Hawkins of Inman. Cooking Meet A Success The Electric Range Cooking Demonstration conducted by Mrs. Leila A. Fleming at the Southern Public Utilities Co. was a success. About 50 people attended and learned new ways of fixing tempting dishes eco nomically and quicker. Prizes were awarded as follows: Mrs. F,W. Blan ton, crab meat cocktail and pyrex cooking dishes; Mrs 8.8. Flynn, elec tric grill; Mrs. Lillian M. Cain, meat loaf; Miss Myrtle Pack, baked apples. Rotarij Reviews Revolution Dr. Bomar, Frank D. Moore, and F.P.
