Scouts at Rotary
Julian B. Hester will have charge
cf the Rotary club program Fri
day at 1 p. m., at Oak Hall hotel.
This being Boy Scout week a num
ber of Tryon Boy Scouts have been
invited as guests of the club and
Scoutmaster W. A. Schillettec will
make the chief talk.
Golf Tourney
Saturday

handicap tournaments will be held
Saturday at the Tryon Country
club. The cups for this event have
been donated by J. C. Kimberly and
are on display at Missildine’s
Pharmacy. The cups last Satur
lay were won by F. P. Bacon and
ML B. Flynn.

Meet at Oak Hall
St. Agnes Guild will meet at
Oak Hall hotel Tuesday afternoon
at 2:30. Hostesses for the meet
