Maj. Sharp Talks Os Italy, Abyssinia In his usually felicitous manner Maj. B. Sharp told the Rotary members today of the facts as he sees them about Italy’s mobiliza tion of troops in Abyssinia. He told how Italy got very little in colonies and so-called mandates following the Great War and that it would appear as though Eng land and France must have some tacit understanding whereby Italy may be permitted to carve out some territory if she can get it away from the fierce Abyssinians. These reputed descendants of the sons of King Solomon and the k Queen of Sheba own the only ter ritory left in Africa that has not been taken over by a European nation.
