Miss Harriet Elliott Is Dean of Women Greensboro, N. C., June 15. — Miss Harriet W. Elliott has been named dean of women of the Woman’s College of the Univer sity of North Carolina and will assume the duties of that office on July 1, according to an announce ment by Dr. W. C. Jackson, dean of administration.
