Vining, Editor Oswold in “Hillbilly”, a cartoon picture, and the “Moth and Spid er”, an educational picture, will be shown tonight at the Tryon’s Theatre in addition to Edna Fer ber’s chief feature, “Glamour.” Mrs. J. R. Flagg of Charlotte is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Harkness Smith, at Lake Lanier. ** * * Miss Catherine Uchtmann has arrived in Tryon from Chicago. ** * * Miss Edith Missildine returns today from her vacation spent at Kirkwood and St. Louis, Mo. ** * * M Miss Susan Harper has return ed from Ann Arbor, Mich., and Miss Gertrude Schoff from Cadillac, Michigan. ** * * Mrs. A. A. Merrick has returned from Greenville where she booked a house party for her caimp on the seashore at Floral Beach dur ing the week of July 29th. Mrs. Merrick leaves early Saturday morning with a party for the first week at camp. A new party will occupy the camp every eight days. The camp truck will make a trip to Tryon via Greenville on a regular schedule so that anyone can join the parties all during the summer. Floral Beach is 225 miles from Tryon. Nothing is so refreshing as a Ldip in the Tryon Country club pswimming pool. Come out for a' picnic. Tennis, golf, swimniirng, hiking.—Adv.
