Polk Man Is Killed When Auto Wrecks Rutherfordtcn, June 23.—Nicho las Tate, 22, was instantly killed Saturday afternoon live miles west r-f here when the automobile he was driving Overturned, pinning him under the car. Frederic Towle The friends of Frederic will be grieved to learn of his death at his home at Grosse Pointe, Mich., on June 17th. Mr. Towle was for some time at St. Luke’s hospital in Tryon and seemed to gain in health while here. Tryon Wins Again Tryon’s league baseball team de feated the Sayles team Saturday at Sayles 8-4.
