Foreign Tennis A radio broadcast from Elngiand this morning gave a play by play account of the Donald Budge of America vs. Heiner Henkel of Germany tennis match in the Davis Cup tournament. The score when the broadcast stopped had the American leading 7-5; 11-9; 4-4. The final result was not known. Another broadcast will be given this afternoon of the match between the American and Ger man Aces Wilmer Allison of the U. S. vs. Baron Gottfried von Cramm. LATER NEWS 11 a. m. —Final score.
