North Carolina is rich in glorious historical events and beautiful scenery, but Tryon’s wealth is not buried in its past, nor does it have the most beautiful scenery. This community’s great est asset is found in its climate, and in its interesting people who are living a fascinating present. They come to Tryon from all parts of the world and have seen the big things the old globe has to offer, but they like Tryon best. They say that Tryon has the best year lound climate of any place in the world. They find fellowship here among fellow travelers and to gether they entertain themselves with their own activities such as horseback riding, hiking, tennis, !>golf, amateur dramatics, excur sions to the mountains or follow ing some hobby. Something in the invigorating atmosphere and personality of the people gets hold of visitors atnd draws them back year after year.
