This annuail game always proves to be interesting due to the calibre of the visiting boys. At present Tryon-Saluda has five vic tories to its credit and is anxous to add a sixth. Inman crossed the loea'Ts goal for the first time this season. There is doubt as to whether Blackwell will be able to play Fri day but the quarterback position can be handled by Ward or Shields. Before the end of the season, Try on-Saluda hopes to have its full force on the field. The Spartan burg boys play an open game with plenty of end runs ,passes and reverses. Stores Close All Day Monday, Nov. 11th Two Tryon stores are advertis ing in today’s Trycn Daily Bulletin that they will close their stores all day on Monday, November 11, Armistice Day. Landrum Elects Frank Lambright Landrum, Nov. 5.—Frank Lam bright, young business man, was elected mayor of Lendrum today over three other candidates in a spirited biennial town election. Lambright received 73 votes/out cf 157 cast in the mayoralty elec tion. Votes for other candidates follows: J. E. Ballew, 9; C. M. Steadman, 67, and S. C. Yates, 8.
