Cooper Favored for P. O. Job at Saluda Washington, April 1.—Represen tative Zebulon Weaver announced today he was recommending the appointment of Charles O. Cooper as permanent postmaster at Saluda. Cooper was number one of the list of eligibles certified to the post office department by the civil service commission. Hugh McKin ley Thompson was number two on the list and Albert M.
