FR1GIDAIRE Is Always At The Top It isn’t a “Believe it or Not” of the little rooster this time, but one of “Tom”, a cat owned by Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Lockhart. Late yesterday afternoon the cat at tacked and killed a two-foot pilot snake which had crawled into the yard, thinking perhaps it would acquire a nice lunch of little chicks. The cat was on guard, however, and seemed to enjoy kill ing the attacker as much as. it ~*vould have a rat. The snake now Jbts in its grave and “Tom” has oecome a hero. A. n. CALL MEETING MADE FOR ST. AGNES GUILD A call meeting1 of the St. Agnes Guild will be held on Friday af ternoon (today) at the home of Mrs. F. P. Bacon at 4 o’clock.
