C., THURSDAY, AUG. 6, 1936 Indian Program At Boy Scout Camp Scout Executive R. M. Schiele announces that there will be an out-door Indian play tonight at the Piedmont Boy Scout camp on Lake Lanier. The program will be open to the public free of charge. The play will be directed by Chief Blue Sky Eagle. The time is 8:15. Rotary Program A program on safety by an out cf town authority will be present ed on Friday at 1 p. m., at Lake Lanier Inn. Dr. B. B. Bishop will be in charge of the program. Publish Tax List The list of delinquent taxpay ers of Polk county and Saluda is being published in this week’s issue of The Polk County News. The Town of Tryon tax list will start next week. Anyone wanting to pay up their taxes and get his name off the published list of the county should settle up at once and have Tax Collector W. C. Hague instruct The Polk County News to take the name off before next Tuesday. Republicans Meet Bennett Riddle, Jr., of Morgan ton, state chairman of the North Carolina Young Republican clubs and Lewis P.
