Mr. Badakovich is a graduate of Oxford University and a student of world affairs. He has been making an extensive tour of the United States and will leave Thursday afternoon for a visit to Knoxville and the TV A develop ments. While in Scotland last year he met Miss Euphemia Hol den, a Tryon writer, and it was through her that he has paid Try on a visit. Mr. Badakovich was visiting the Tryon Country club at the time of going to press this afternoon. TRYON, NORTH CAROLINA Tryon Post Office Shows Big Gain During the nine months period just ended on October 1, the Tryon Post Office showed an increase in postal receipts of $1,516.77 accord ing to Postmaster W. H. Stearns. Receipts for nine months during the same period last year were $10,508.21. Receipts so far this year have amounted to $12,024.98. Miss Virginia Heath and Miss B. L.
