Wilson of Spartan v burg will address the Parent / Teachers Association at an eve ning meeting to be held on Mon day, October 19th, at 8 o’clock at the school auditorium. Mr. Wilson who is the principal of the Spar tanburg high school, understands young people and their problems and is a splendid speaker. He will have for his subject, “If Youth Be Not Golden.” The regular P.- T. A. meeting is to meet at night so that the fathers as well as the mothers may have the opportunity of hearing Mr. Wilson. Following the program refresh •ments will be served in the cafe teria by the hostesses: Mrs. T. L. Justice, Mrs. R. H. Brday, Mrs. C. H. Helms, Mrs. Harold Double day, Mrs. E. Clevenger, uncle of Helen Clevenger, murdered in the Battery Park hotel, is suing the hotel for $50,000 on the grounds of negligence. Norma Sharer is seriously ill at her home in Hollywood, Calif.
