An eagerness to do something, to work, to play and thankful for the opportunity. “The snail’s on the thorn . . . and all’s right with the world.” TRYON TAKES TWO Tryon high school girls defeated Sunny View girls Friday night in basketball at the local gymnasium by the close score of 14-13 and the Tryon boys won over Sunny View by the same margin on an 18-17 rcore. The Tryon boys outfit used twelve players as follows: Jones, Beat*cn, Green, Foster, D. Beat son, McLean. Jacobs, Ford, Parker, McFarland, Chanman, Henson. The Sunny View team used five nlavers: H. Gilbert, G. Gilbert, Smith, Ruff, Powell. The Tryon girls’ team was corn nosed of Ford, Morgan, Hilton, A. Murdock. Carson, Buchanan. Gaze. Ipurnv View girls were Lynch, Williams, Taylor, Womack, Lynch. 8., Mills H., Jackson. Taylor shot all the field goal? for Sunny View, making ten points of the teams 13. The last game of the series with Sunnv View will be played in Try on Tuesday night dud to the fact that Sunny View is without a gymnasium at present. TRYON, N.
