dissolve a marriage heretofore en
tered into between plantiff and the
defendant on the grounds of two
years separation and the said de
fendant will take notice that he is
required to appear at the office
of the Clerk Superior Court of said
County in the courthouse in Colum
bus, N. C. within thirty days after
the completion of this notice (it
being completed Bth February,

the complaint in said action, or the
plaintiff will apply to the court for
the relief demanded in said com
