picture, “Under Your Spell” star
ring Lawrence Tibbett, with Wen
dy Barrie Gregory Ratoff, Arthur
Treacher, for showing at the
theatre on Sunday afternoon, at
3:00. The show is being sponsor
ed by the Tryon Kiwanis club and
the net proceeds will be given to
the Red Cross for flood sufferers.

Funeral services for Mrs.
Louise Skipper of Mill 'Spring,
who died on Wednesday, were held
Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock
ijffijthe Rock Springs church. Rev.
Allman, officiated. Several
children survive.

from Washington, D. C., stated
that the weather was terrible and
