FOURTH ANNUAL FLOWER SHOW Otf the Tryon Garden club will be held at the Parish House, Friday, April 30, from 3 to 9 p. m. Admission 15 cents. Children exhibiting in Class 16, admitted free. Rules and regulations governing exhibition: Rule I—Competition is open only to club members except in classes 1 9. 3 A f> fi 8 1112—13-14 .16 which are open to mem bers and to non-members. * Rule 2—Each exhibitor is requested to notify the chairman of any class in which she intendsi to exhibit. Rule 3—All entries must be made on blanks furnished by club at door of the Parish House on Friday, April 30, from 9 to 11:4ST > a. m. Rule 4—Exhibits must be in place by 12 noon, Friday, April 30. Rule s—The decision of the judges shall be final. Rule 6—All flowers for exhibition in Section 1 and in Class 8, Section 2 must be grown by exhibitor. Rule 7—Each exhibitor is allowed only one entry in each class. Rule B—Each8 —Each color is a different variety in a collection. Rule 9—No one save those in charge will be admitted to the exhibition rooms during the judging of the exhibits. Rule 10—In Section 2, Arrangements must be made by exhibitor. There will be First. Second, Third awards, blue, red, yellow, respectively. Prizes will be awarded the two school exhibits. A prize will be awarded the most outstanding exhibit in the show. In Classes 8, 10, 15, entries must be registered with class chairmen before day of the show. Point schedule for flower arrangements: Perfection of design, 30 points; color harmony, 25 points; distinction, 25 points; relation to container, 20 points. (SECTION I)—OPEN CLASSES 1.
