He stated this morning that the Pied mont camp was one of the most nearly perfect camps that he had ever visited and that the leader ship was almost as good as the physical set-up. The councillors are all high type young men and Executive R. M. Schiele is a marvel, raid Director Harris. Mr. Harris has his headquarters at 2 Park Avenue, New York in the Boy Scout offices, but spends his sum mers with MJrs. Harris at Aman tha, near Blowing Rock, N. C. He hasn’t visited the Tryon camp in about 8 years and marveled at the improvement that has been made. During the National Jamboree in Washington, he directed the trans. KDortation activities of that great lathering. To Rebuild An official of the Pacolet Knit ting Co., stated Friday that the dyeing department that was de stroyed by fire Thursday night, would be rebuilt soon. A crew of men are cleaning away the debris for a new building. Baseball Today Tryon and Beacon play baseball this afternoon at Harmon Field at 3:30.
